Report: Open Tap: Institutional Oversight in Crisis – the Management of Uganda’s COVID 19 Funds

The Human Rights and Peace Center (HURIPEC) has launched the Transparency and Accountability of COVID – 19 Resources – (TACOR) report. The launch was officiated by the Deputy Speaker of Parliament. The launch took place at Imperial Royale Hotel.

The Human Rights and Peace Center (HURIPEC), a semi-autonomous department under the School of Law was set up by Makerere University in 1993, as the first human rights center of its kind in Sub-Saharan Africa.
